They are expanding in 2013 and have a very strong reputation across the region.We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to join their organisation in Jeddah as the HR DirectorReporting to Managing Director & Group HR DirectorKEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Ensure implementation of Labor Office/ Group/ Company HR and Admin Policies and regulations• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the human resource function (Recruitment, Training, Personnel , Administration, Performance Management, HR ERP)• Provide accurate reports on time• Ensure all company facilities, government documentations (CRs, registrations, etc) are updated and in compliance with government regulations• Participate in the development of the group/ company plans and programs as a strategic partner but particularly from the perspective of the impact on employees• Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans• Enhance/ improve work environment and company culture• Manage the budget and other financial measures of the Human Resources Department Job Category Administration & Secretarial Job Requirements Experience Min: 8 Years Career LevelExecutive/ Director Job TypeFull Time Vacancies4 Open Positions Salary Negotiable GenderAny Degree LevelBachelor's degree Faculty / Institute Any Major Human Resources Age Any NationalityAny Residence Location Any Languages Arabic - Fluent / Excellent English - Fluent / Excellent Own a CarAny Have Driving LicenseAny Job Skills • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering or other similar field• 8 years' experience• At least 5 years in a similar level HR Director level• Experience working with mass organizations (5,000+ employees and above)• Change agent, excellent communication skills, target oriented, customer service oriented, team player• Excellent in MS applications• Oracle HR knowledge is plus• Excellent English & Arabic communication skills• Open to Saudi nationals onlyBENEFITS• Salary to be used as a guide only and will depend on experience levels and interview performance• As a guide up to 25 - 30k SAR per month base salary• Plus housing allowance, transport allowance, family status contract, 30 days annual leave• Annual bonus based on company profitability and employee's performance evaluation About The Company First Resort Global Recruitment delivers tailor made recruitment solutions to selected companies around the world.First Resort Global Recruitment combines Arabic and Western Recruiters and Business experts from around the world.
