Thorough review, detailed evaluation and analysis of relevant documents, technical and otherengineering data/information as gathered during the project initiation stages, to come up withthe most reliable inputs or required information for use in conjunction with the projectspecifications/requirements, project monitoring and controls; To develop planning and project scheduling, progress measurement and progress reportingrequirements and to incorporate them into the project documentations, and as directed by theplanning manager, To prepare, update and maintain systems and procedures related to project planning,scheduling, progress measurement, progress reporting and progress trending. To monitor the reported progress and schedule status, identify the areas of concern impactingthe progress and schedule of the projects and to advise the project team on proposedcorrective actions. To assist in identifying the bottlenecks in achieving the planned progress by evaluating theprogress trends and to propose corrective actions to recover/ minimize the slippages. To assist in evaluating variation requests/ claims on extension of project schedules, if any orrequired as the case may be, and to make appropriate recommendations to Management forapproval. To control and monitor allocated budget, carry out analysis of budget variances and issuevariance reports to management. To assist in the development, implementation and control of the project accounting and jobcosting & control system to meet project requirements. To prepare weekly / monthly progress reports, or in the manner as required by thecustomer/clients, and likewise if necessarily required in accordance to the pre-establishedreporting formats. 5 -10 minimum years of experience in the following:- MV-HV-EHV EquipmentsExperience in Engineering and Design for MV, HV & EHV SubstationsEquipment, OHL's with its Protection (Distance, carrier aided port., lineDifferent. Protection) Auto reclosing, synchronizing, intercropping.2. Experience in Engineering and Design of underground cable feeders(Long, rod, short lengths).3. Experience in Engineering and Design for Power Transformers withAnd without OLTC and Shunt and Series Reactors. About The Company
