About SkillzcafeSkillzcafe is a leading E-learning partner, creating engaging and effective learning content for companies worldwide. We leverage our proprietary Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver over 20,000 courses to clients across 60+ countries. As a Fortune 500 company, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality e-learning solutions.The RoleWe are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing E-learning development team in Gurugram. In this role,you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements that enhance the learning experience within our e-learning courses.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Instructional Designers and Storyboard Artists to translate concepts and storyboards into engaging visual assets.Design a variety of graphic elements including icons, infographics, illustrations, characters, and user interface elements.Ensure visual consistency with the overall course design and brand guidelines.Develop high-quality graphics that are clear, concise, and appropriate for the target audience.Work effectively with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to integrate graphic elements into the courses.Maintain a well-organized library of digital assets for efficient reuse throughout projects.Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices for e-learning visuals.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on digital design.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design skills, including illustration and icon design.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Understanding of design principles for user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a cross-functional team.A passion for e-learning and creating visually engaging learning experiences (a plus).Bonus PointsExperience working on graphic design for e-learning or instructional materials.Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate (a plus).Experience with animation principles and software for basic animations within e-learning courses (a plus).
