Repair Technician - HYTORC SAUDIHYTORC Saudi is seeking a full time Service Technician to work at our new facility based in Dammam. HYTORC is the world leader in designing and manufacturing bolting solutions. If you are looking for a new challenge and enjoy a very fast paced, friendly and supportive working environment and feel you would fit into a small busy productive team, have the attitude and ability to take on any new tasks, please apply.Requirements: · Mechanical, Hydraulic or Pneumatic Engineering Qualification or equivalent.· Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar role and duties Analytical, problem solving, time management and decision making skills.Ability to respond positively to events in an effective manner.Demonstrates teamwork, interpersonal and communications skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Word and Excel Previous use of sales, repair database software Already based in Saudi and with transferable Iqama.Familiar with torqueing tools and high-pressure pumps is a plusFull professional proficiency in EnglishMain Duties: · Equipment Management Service and repair of customer equipment & rental fleet equipment (Torque Wrenches, Electric and Air Pumps, Pneumatic torque guns, 10k PSI Hoses).Providing technical support to the customer service team including routine technical administration, such as the production of quotation documentation. Equipment Calibration - Certification of customer equipment & rental fleet equipment along with record keeping of re-calibration Stock Control - stock organization daily/weekly/monthly, stock reorder levels, and stock take experienceWorkshop Maintenance Store / warehouse dutiesGoods In and Goods Out record keeping Stock Rotation Quality checks and control of all equipment (in and out) Store and workshop consumable ordering Serial Number log maintenance Weekly distribution import shipment Health & Safety management Weekly checksQuarterly Audits Maintain all certification to remain country compliant Risk Assessments Fire Safety Quality Control - ISO 9001:2015 Successful candidates should be experienced working with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. They will use their knowledge of maintenance and fault finding within mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to support customer and workshop requirements. Full training provided within the probation period.
