You will be part of a strong pre-opening team.Responsibilities:The Head Concierge oversees all aspects of the concierge department.Ensures prompt, courteous and accurate service to all guests, so as to maximize customer satisfaction.Responsible for the attends to guests' needs and helps them organize their accommodations while staying at hotels or other establishments that provide lodging services.To making reservations, recommending restaurants and bars for visitors in town.Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations.Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residents.To arrange errands such as grocery delivery or dry cleaning to ensure guests enjoy their time.Apply project management techniquesConduct staff performance assessment processManage Concierge operationManage crisis situationMonitor and reward performance in a team to support achievement of resultsQualificationsUniversity degreeAt least 5 years of experience in the position of Head ConciergeTeam OrientedFluent in EnglishStrong internal and external communication skills, both verbal and writtenOrganizational skills
