Position: Sales Lead Generation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

- Identify and generate leads for all three companies through various channels (e.g., online research, networking, inbound marketing).

- Develop and implement lead generation strategies.

2. Lead Management:

- Track and manage leads in the CRM system.

- Ensure leads are nurtured through the sales funnel.

3. Lead Qualification

- Assess the quality of leads based on predefined criteria.

- Prioritize high-quality leads that are more likely to convert into sales.

4. Collaboration with Sales:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.

- Assist in developing strategies to convert qualified leads into customers.

5. Quality Assurance:

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of leads.

- Implement processes to continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates.

6. Performance Analysis:

- Analyze lead generation and conversion metrics.

- Prepare reports to track performance and suggest improvements.

7. Cross-Company Coordination:

- Coordinate efforts across the three companies to ensure alignment and synergy in lead generation and sales processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in lead generation and management.

- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

- Experience in working with marketing, branding, software implementation, and research services industries is a plus.

- Locally available in Qatar.

- Have NOC.

- Immediately available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
