Job OverviewThe Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for actively following up on all orders placed to ensure accurate acknowledgements and prompt order shipment information. Perform ongoing effective and courteous communication with our internal team.Duties & Responsibilities Reviewing and editing orders if necessary for errors, discrepancies or omission of information.Monitoring order status (Shipping, Booking, and Confirmation).Communicating with the Account Coordinator and/or Sales regarding corrections and clarifications requiring their input.Providing/ receiving PO/SO numbers for all incoming orders to operations and sales team.Being responsible for verification of all orders; ensuring orders are received and shipping on time.Ensuring the status of all open orders is monitored regularly via the system dashboard.Confirming all acknowledgements daily.Upon inputting from Sales, managing the whole process of new products as well as Maintenance Renewals' Quote Requests and Approvals, Contract Preparation and Submission, Collection of Signed Contracts and Order Booking.Continuously monitoring maintenance expiration dates of existing contracts and proactively inform Sales and preparing all processes and paperwork for required upcoming renewals.Maintaining contract and revenue archiving and reporting.Enhancing and maintaining a core set of standard reports that meet the needs of the business.Producing regular reports to an agreed frequency.Driving the enhancement of data quality and integrity as appropriate.Skills & QualificationsUniversity DegreeKnowledge with Microsoft product suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)General understanding of systems / ERPs (Microsoft Navision would be a plus)More than 2 years experience in Sales OperationsMust be detail-oriented.Strong and effective verbal and written skills.Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure.Comfort level with computers and technology in general.Analytical skills.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.Requires a strong work ethic, with an emphasis on teamwork and a positive attitude.Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills in the English language.RemunerationAn attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.Equal Employment OpportunityLogicom is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all regardless of their race, colour, sex/gender, religion, age, marital status, cultural background, disability, nationality and political opinion.
