Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in production engineering and optimization, including at least five years in artificial lift systems design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Good exposure in unconventional behaviors, well performance analysis and fluid dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience in unconventional fields, focusing on plunger lift and rod lift systems.
  • Proven track record of successful artificial lift system design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in unconventional resources or HPHT/tight gas & oil well with a good understanding of hydraulic fracturing and its impact on flowback/production practices.
  • Working knowledge in production assurance and optimization of natural flowing oil and gas wells.
  • Expertise in relevant software tools for lift system analysis and data interpretation.
