Landscape Agriculture Maintenance Engineer

Supervise the area Landscape Maintenance Program and Tree Maintenance Program, recommending improvements as needed.Inspect landscaped areas, trees and sites to identify repair needs, recommend corrective action, resolve work problems, evaluate work progress and identify additional needsEvaluate work requests and schedule materials, equipment and personnel to complete the job assignment.Plans, coordinates, and supervises program activities including budget/compound forecasting.Recommends landscape maintenance budget and administers approved budget.Oversees landscape installation and maintenance and conducts periodic field inspections.Oversees the irrigation equipment which provides for the installation, maintenance and repair of irrigation process.Coordinates, directs and inspects work performed for facilities/equipment including detailed review of plans and specificationsMaintains records of all work activity for landscape maintenance and weed control programs; works productively, independently or in a group setting, and develop work policies and procedures.Ensures all work is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines while ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standardsMaintains proper inventory of materials, equipment and other supplies are on hand to complete production activities.Maintains sufficient staff to accomplish production schedules and analyzes future needs, forecasting staff and material needs to complete future jobs in coordination with the Human Resources Department.SkillsBachelor's Degree in Agriculture Engineering.Min experience of 7 yrs. in engineering and maintenance primarily in Landscaping, Agriculture and Maintenance in QatarExcellent technical skills with ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, ventilation and mechanicalHolding valid Qatar Driving License is an advantageVery good English skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
