Job PurposeTo lead and oversee all aspects of the customer service operation. You will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, managing customer service teams, and ensuring service delivery aligns with the PWA's (Public Works Authority) overall objectives. You will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, managing customer service teams, and ensuring service delivery aligns with the PWA's (Public Works Authority) overall objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive customer service strategies that reflect the PWA's goals and objectives.Manage and lead customer service teams across various channels (phone, email, web chat, etc.), ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality support.Analyze customer feedback and service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.Collaborate with other departments to integrate customer service seamlessly with broader PWA business processes.Oversee the customer service department budget, including forecasting and cost analysis.Handle escalated customer issues requiring senior management intervention.Mentor and develop customer service managers and representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.QualificationsEssential:Bachelor's degree or higher (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree for highly qualified candidates)Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service, with at least 8 years in a managerial or directorial roleProven track record of leading customer service teams and successfully improving service delivery and customer satisfactionStrong analytical skills to assess performance data and make strategic decisionsExceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire, motivate, and manage teams effectivelyExperience with customer service software and CRM platformsDesirableOngoing track record of personal and professional developmentBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package (details to be included in the full job posting)Opportunity to lead a high-performing team and make a significant impact on the PWA's customer experienceBe part of a dynamic organization dedicated to public serviceSkills: customer,customer service,service delivery
