Data Governance Management Lead (Contract)Data Governance Management Lead (Contract) The RoleRoleWe are looking for a Data Governance/Management Lead with over 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong skill set in establishing comprehensive data governance, covering people, processes, and technology aspects. This role involves implementing data quality, security, cataloging, lineage, and master data management. Proficiency in setting up end-to-end data management platforms, particularly using Informatica and related technologies, is essential. The ideal person will:Execute Master Data Management solutions and instigate Data Governance Programs.Implement Data Quality measures, encompassing Profiling, Metric Definition, Scorecards, Standards, policies, and visual analytics to bolster MDM and Data Governance initiatives.Conduct analysis, architecture, design, and development of Enterprise Integrations for MDM solutions.Create or modify technical and business solution architectures in both logical and physical aspects.Craft highly performant, dependable, and scalable solutions.Author, supervise, and obtain approval for deliverables/documents pertaining to client delivery tasks.Provide constructive feedback and mentor other team members to effectively tackle technological challenges.Lead and demonstrate emerging technologies and concepts to teams.Offer thought leadership on strategies and objectives for clients to attain effective data management.Assist clients in establishing robust Data Governance Programs with an emphasis on data ownership.Drive awareness and adoption of Data Governance throughout the client's organization.Develop and implement plans for Enterprise Data Governance programs, including defining KPIs for results monitoring and leading the overall implementation process.The PersonBachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.10+ years of hands-on experience in data governance and management, including master data management solutions.Proficiency in data analysis, architectural design, and integration development.Strong knowledge of logical and physical solution architecture.Demonstrated ability to create high-performance, reliable, and scalable solutions.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Leadership and mentoring abilities.Continuous learning and adaptability to emerging technologies.Strategic thinking and thought leadership in data management.Proven track record in implementing Data Governance Programs.Strong awareness and communication skills to drive Data Governance adoption.Note: Preferred candidates will be in Doha or currently working in QatarOur client is an equal opportunity employer, and we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.Note: This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the position and is not an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities, or working conditions associated with it.Skills: informatica,enterprise integrations,adaptability,communication skills,architecture design,documentation,data quality,continuous learning,thought leadership,master data governance,leadership,data governance,physical solution architecture,track record,logical solution architecture,strategic thinking,mentoring abilities,data management,awareness,master data management
