The Principal Assurance Specialist willmanage the Area certification audits and internal audits as well asthe KPI/QIs, Management System Manual, Continual ImprovementInitiatives and Quality Trainings. They will liaise with all KPIprocess owners and recipients of KPI & QI data. ThePrincipal Assurance Specialist will also coordinate with theDepartment Managers, Manager Assurance, Customers, ExecutiveManagement, Project Directors, and Functional Leads. Key Tasks andResponsibilities: • Prepare and review of procedures andwork instructions. • Assist in revisions of the standardmanuals, preparation of the Management Review Meetings, ExternalSurveillance Visits, liaise with internal and external entities onquality related matters. • Assist in managing a continualimprovement process within the company that works with thedepartment heads to set targets, feedback effectiveness of theaudit findings and institute 'Preventivemeasures' in collaboration. • Develop andmonitor Area Audit plans in consultation with Functional leads,Manager Assurance, Corporate IMS team. • Identify andExecute Continual Improvement Projects to improve processeffectiveness and efficiency. • Assist in the preparationof data for Annual Management Review to present effectiveness ofthe system, areas of re-occurring deficiencies and areas forimprovement. • Assist in the preparation of theorganization for applying for external certifications and awards.Assist in Gap Analysis, Evidence & Documentationpresentation. • Accompany all extrinsic auditors, followup with actions, maintain out licenses and conduct ExternalSurveillance audits • Oversee the KPI, QI and PerformanceQuality process, trend analysis on a global level and initiateground level documentation and understanding for benchmarking andlessons learned within the operating units. Analyze trends of allthe measurement data to assist in setting targets, future planningand in establishing action plans for improvement and effectivefollow up to verify compliance. • Conduct trainingssessions for Quality Education and oversee and plan future trainingrequirements for new employees. Develop Training material forQuality as required. • Assist in conducting CustomerSatisfaction surveys. Essential Qualifications and Education:• Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical andInstrumentation /Civil or Diploma with additional 3 years exp.• 12+ years QA Engr. Or related experience in Engineeringand Procurement Quality Assurance, Materials. PreferredQualifications and Education: • Experience in Metallurgy,Welding Inspection • Lead Auditor Qualifications (ISO9001) -IRCA or equivalent, Work Experience inmanufacturers of Offshore (Oil and Gas) • Quality Audit&, Project Quality Planning; ISO 17025 Lead Auditor, RCA,Six Sigma, Preferable technical qualificationsASNT/CSWIP/PCN
