Our shared valuesguide the way we behave to make a positive, enduring impact: -Integrity - Outstanding value to markets and clients - Commitmentto each other - Strength from cultural diversity During your tenureas a Manager in Corporate Finance - Government &Infrastructure, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilitiesin the following areas: - Focusing on various government andinfrastructure sectors, where you will be providing financial andcommercial advice to government and the private sector - Projectsfocus on Public Private Partnership and a range of private sectorparticipation transactions. The work can be varied across thetransaction lifecycle on projects at the intersection of governmentand the private sector - Key sectors include transport, defense,healthcare, education, energy, security and justice - Strategicoptions analysis for privatizations and government restructuring -Bid and procurement support in various industries - Advice ondelivery models for public services and government contracting (forexample, major national ICT contracts and frameworks) - Advice topublic sector authorities, for example Ministry for Transport,Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Finance etc - Setting commercialand financial strategies, including considering alternativecommercial models including joint ventures - Structuring anddocumenting programme business cases - Developing and executing theprocurement strategy - Negotiations through to contract close; -Leading advisory engagements from inception through to successconclusion - Contract management activities, including consideringoptions to restructure and/or renegotiate contracts - Preparingfinancial analysis, including complex analysis and financialmodels, to support each stage of these programmes - Workingeffectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture wherepeople are recognised for theircontribution.
