Job Description
A recruiter is on the search for a BIM Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The BIM Manager will take ownership for all BIM related activities, leading the BIM strategy and it’s implementation across all disciplines (architecture, MEP, Structures, Interiors etc). Typical projects are luxury high-rise, mixed-use and hospitality projects in the UAE and KSA.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement BIM strategic plan across the organisation.Manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement.Act as the main point of contact for BIM technologies within the company.Provide training and supervision to the BIM team.Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM execution.Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring they are following BIM guidelines and standards.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Proven experience in a similar BIM managerial role in a multidisciplinary design firmHave completed a BIM project from Concept Design to Construction documentation and was involved during post contract activities.Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Rhino, Dynamo, etc.Strong leadership and project management skills.Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.#OTHER#OTHERJob Requirements
