The role will be based in Dubai but require travel to Iraq.• Must speak, read and write English; speak, read and write Arabic would be a plus.• Must have experience in reporting in Excel and Word.• Must have pipeline experience, EPC and mechanical experience is a plus.• Engineering back ground and able to start up the front end loading of a project and fulfil it to the end.• Able to prepare and review Work Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans and Job Safety Analysis.• Check and review specifications, design drawings, alignment sheets according to the scope of work and contract.• Must be flexible, a team player and a hands on type.• Based in Dubai but must be willing to work in Iraq• Rotation 8 ½ - 2 ½ weeks when working in Iraq.
