Sales Rep. part J.D: (80% of time)• Reporting to the Sales Manger • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends• Implement company marketing plan• Visit potential customers for new business• Daily report to the sales manager using company internal forms • Provide customers with quotations• close the deal with the client • Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations• Identify new markets and business opportunities• Record sales and send copies to the sales and accounting Departments Training Coordinator part J.D: (20% of time)• Reporting to Training Manager • Event planning, management and execution of logistics for all training courses. • Giving special attention to participant needs and superb customer service to participants and clients. • Securing and managing training locations, including event space and lodging. This includes including negotiating with and managing vendors. • Securing catering for all events, including negotiating with and managing vendors and staying within pre-set budget for each event. • Answering and responding to outside communications, such as phone calls, faxes, emails, and web-based inquiries. • Printing and organizing training materials including participant binders and handouts, name tags, table tents, signage, etc. • Ensuring appropriate supplies are on site for all events. • Summarizing evaluation reports for trainings and providing outcomes to training manager within one week of each training. • Supporting administrative functions of training program and staff, as needed.
