Company Name: A Leading Cement SupplierLocation: Al-Ahsa.Duties: The Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager directs, coordinates and supervises all mechanical maintenance and workshop activities for the cement factory vehicles.-Participate in the preparation of maintenance programs directing the implementation of such programs, investigating modification and new projects proposals.-Examine equipment performance and provide recommendations to enhance maintainability and to minimize maintenance cost.-Ensure that all maintenance services are provided safely and efficiently.-Prepare and implement detailed maintenance and workshop procedures and practices.-Ensure that activities are carried out safely, recommend alternative maintenance frequencies based on equipment history or as a result of regular vibration monitoring surveys in pursuit of optimization.-Review task analysis with special reference to potential loss and safety hazards including identifying critical tasks.Essential Skills
