Job Specifications: Years of experience: 2 years of experience as clinic coordinator, preferably with experience in sleep clinics.Education: Bachelor degree in administration. Job location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.Duties & Responsibilities: Administrative role: Responsible for scheduling appointments, referring phone calls, greeting, and following up with patients, and assisting the physician as per the requirement.Follow up with the pharmacy & FCHCO team for availability of CPAP & BIPAP therapy devices with their accessories.Prepare an updated list of patients who have future planned appointments, follow ups and treated patients as well.Follow up with the insurance team, pharmacy & patients to make sure they get their approval on the prescribed devices or upgrading the devices if required.Follow up with the patients who got their prescribed devices routinely to schedule their next follow up with their doctors to see the treatment progress.Technical Role:The candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with an excellent knowledge of MS Office and other computer skills.He will explain parts of the devices box, right usage and adjust the devices settings for the new patients as per the doctorâs recommendation then tried on the patients to assure the comfortability with the device & masks.-He will train on the different therapiesâ software provided by Sleep therapy companies to be able to upload the patient history from these devices.Assist the insurance team for providing the required updated sleep lap study reports and make sure the medical record/report uploaded successfully on the system.
