The HR Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting for organization and plays a critical role in ensuring it's hiring the best possible talent.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute recruiting plans.Design and update job descriptions.Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.Screen candidates resumes and job applications.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
