• Develop Quality Plan and Quality Assurance procedures for the project to ensure the project quality. Identify the essential records to be maintained for each process.• Review Project Management Company's, Consultant's and Sub-Contractor's QA/QC Plan to ensure that this information conforms to the stringent quality requirements of the project.• Control the quality of the product by adopting proper inspection and test plans, checklists and laboratory test reports.• Develop, implement, conduct/review of inspection plans, checklists, inspections, material submittals, method statements, tests, test reports, meetings, site visits, corrective actions, preventive actions and training• Issuing of Non-conformance Reports (NCR's) and reviewing their corrective and preventive actions.• Undertaking off-site visits to facilities of sub-contractors', suppliers', testing laboratories periodically for quality regulation.• Undertake periodic quality audits and effective corrective and preventive actions for the non-conformances for the continual improvement.• Review of contract mix designs at the sites and approval of the same from client/client consultant.• Keep check on testing frequency, calibration status of test equipment.• Develop and implement quality management system within the project to ensure that product quality is in line with the objectives and project requirements. Control & monitor the system for effectiveness and suggest for improvements in required areas.• To make sure that handing over of the project goes smoothly by finalizing all as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals and training for client's staff.• Implementation of lab manual on site.• Co-ordinate to establish material testing lab at site as per lab manual.• Develop Quality Plan and Quality Assurance procedures for the project to ensure the project quality. Identify the essential records to be maintained for each process.• Arabic - Fluent / Excellent English - Very Good Own a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAny Job Skills University qualifications : Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalentOther certifications : PMP, LEED AP, LEED GA, NEBOSH and OHSAPrevious experience : 2 years experience as QA/QC Manager in Construction CompanyExperience Minimum 10 years overall and 5 years in GCC experience for hotel and Shopping Malls.Language Skills : English and Arabic About The Company Urbacon International (UCC) is a Qatar registered company.
