Design and implement overall recruiting strategyResponsible for development & planning for long term recruitment strategies and manpower planningDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etcSource and recruitcandidates by using databases, social media etcScreen candidates resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting andselection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleSkillsMust be in QatarCan join immediately (preferred)Must have at least 4 years of Recruitment experienceBachelor's degree in HR or any related subject, Masters qualification is advantage.
