And find satisfaction in doing your part to make the world a better place.Become a maker of possible with us!As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anesthesia and closed medication management.About the roleThe Clinical Resource Consultant will support the commercial team & work closely with the rest of the organization to align and further develop the clinical tools with the MDS strategy. (Medication Delivery Solutions)They must have a strong knowledge of the local health care environment and be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of both clinical services & BD products to effectively leverage this to advance business opportunities as they relate directly to customer needs.Main responsibilities will include:• The primary responsibility of the Clinical Consultant is to develop and deliver clinical strategies and solutions that is customer centric.• To include clinical induction training and regular review of their clinical skills, product knowledge and training abilities.• Build strong relationships with strategic Key Opinion Leaders to support the services & product portfolio. Help secure their attendance and support at conferences, company events.• Explore and feedback on clinical trends, customer needs and to ascertain information on competitor activity through mediums such as voice of the customer.• Help maintain and continually update the clinical/product database with relevant articles, reports, publications, and national guidelines.• Manage product complaints which require clinical investigation.• Support teams through joint customer visits including presenting and delivering BD Clinical services, BD product clinical evidence and demonstrating BD solution cost and organizational efficiency.About you• Degree in nursing/pharmacy/infection prevention or a medical discipline.• Relevant clinical experience with a commercial acumen and sales mindset• Excellent presentation skills with clinical evidence reading and analysis background.• Proven track record of clinical success in a hospital environment or in a similar job within the medical industry.Click on apply if this sounds like you!Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
