Our client a leading conglomerate in Qatar with a strong presence in the signage and advertisement production industry. Committed to excellence and innovation, we are seeking highly skilled _**Senior Offset Printing Machine Operator
- 4 Nos**_ to join their dynamic team. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits, along with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
**Salary and Benefits**:

**Position Overview**:
As a **Senior Press Operator (Offset)**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the proper preparation, operation, and maintenance of our printing machines. Your expertise in the printing process and technical know-how will contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. You will be responsible for managing ink distribution, speed, temperature, and troubleshooting any machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review job orders and make necessary adjustments to the printing machine to ensure accurate and high-quality outputs.
- Prepare, set up, operate, and maintain the press according to job specifications and production requirements.
- Install printing plates with the images to be printed and adjust the pressure settings for optimal print quality.
- Load paper into the press and adjust settings to accommodate paper size, while also managing feed and tension controls.
- Fill ink and dampening solution fountains of the press, and adjust ink distribution, speed, and temperature as needed.
- Regularly inspect the press machine for any malfunctions and perform troubleshooting on minor issues such as creaking sounds.
- Coordinate with the in-house maintenance team to address any major machine malfunctions promptly.
- Clean the printing press and peripherals regularly to maintain cleanliness and prevent buildup.
- Train press operators and share techniques and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
- Possess at least 3 years of related working experience in a printing facility, demonstrating proficiency in offset printing operations.
- Familiarize oneself with installing different machine parts of the press such as plates, rollers, and feed guides, and adjust them to meet required printing standards.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of printing machines and possess good mathematical skills necessary for computing percentages, weights, measures, and calculating ink and paper requirements.
- Possess a certificate or training program in Printing Technology (preferred).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: QAR2,400.00 per month
