Responsibilities:

Create all inbound Purchase Orders into Quickbooks Commerce/TradeGecko

Product creation and Uploading for Incoming Brands

Freight Management for Incoming Products

Accurately creating and maintaining incoming sales orders from remote sales team

Onboarding and maintaining information of existing accounts

Reporting daily sales numbers

Maintaining spreadsheets regarding delivery information, discounts, preorders, etc.

Quickly responding to sales inquiries (by email and phone) with the highest level of customer service
