Description MediaMonks is looking for a Social Media Community Lead to join our ever-growing team. In this role, you will leverage your communication skills to drive forward the social media communication strategy for our client that is one of the largest mega-projects in Saudi Arabia. Living on-site as a part of the client team near Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, you will be the face of the Middle East Monastery, working hand-in-hand with our ambitious client to build the first cognitive and smart city in the world. Key Responsibilities Make strategic decisions around campaigns Savvy and up to date with trends and updates across social channels Report on feedback and online reviews across various social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest (channels might eventually change) Strategize content trans creation around the brand Work closely with data strategists to provide reports and optimization opportunities Work collaboratively internally and with clients to ensure social channels are on brand at all times Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends. Identify actionable insights that lead to impactful content creation and optimizations Proactively pinpoint platform and daily content trends Know-how in analysis about the brand developing effective results for the KPI of the client Capable of feed-backing Copywriters and Art/Design considering both Creative and Social QA Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency Where necessary, work on content calendars and make them come true, including the timely publishing of social media posts: Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts. Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness. Analyze the conversation around the brand daily. Identify actionable insights within consumer conversation that leads to impactful content creation and optimizations Background & Skills 5+ years of experience in Social Media, in roles such as Community Manager, Content Manager or Social Media Strategist/Lead Knowledge of social media good practices in terms of formats and tone of voice Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools and digital reports. Experience in developing or implementing community manager strategies Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent writing skills. Strong organisational/ QA skills for publishing on high-profile channels Strong writing skills for ad-hoc copy requests and copy suggestions (not mandatory) Comfortable interacting with clients Knows ins and outs of social listening Strong attention to detail (extremely important for this role) Familiar with scheduling tools, social listening tools (preferably Sprinklr) Able to gather strategic insights from listening Bilingual - Arabic & English #LI-CM1 About Media.Monks: Media.Monks is the purely digital operating brand of S4Capital plc that connects 8,600+ digital natives across one global team.
