**Job Title: Interior Designer
**Experience Level**: Mid-level (3+ years of experience
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand design requirements, preferences, and objectives.
- Create innovative and visually appealing interior design concepts that meet client needs and align with project goals.
- Develop detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentation materials to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and team members.
- Produce comprehensive construction documents and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Utilize 3ds Max, SketchUp, and AutoCAD to create accurate 3D models, renderings, and visualizations of proposed designs.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors throughout the design and construction process to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design expertise and project outcomes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality design solutions on schedule and within scope.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in a design firm or architectural studio.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, and AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of interior design projects, including conceptual designs, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and spatial design.
