On Call Destination Consultant Riyadh x 2Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKSSourcing suitable accommodation for the assignee and family within the budget and timescales agreed. Ensuring that all properties viewed are on housing itineraries prepared by Move One's preferred real estate agent vendorsDiscussing and confirming that the services being delivered are within the agreed budget and scope of work contracted with the client. If there are any special needs or requirements confirm that these are within the authorized guidelines of the client.Maintaining consistent contact with the assignee throughout the service;Recording vital service related information in Move One's bespoke software system via RELO, daily by completing comments, statuses, time-tracker, costs, and other fields;Uploading service related documents to via RELO including property offers, itineraries, lease agreements, termination notices, HOP documents, and others;Providing clear and timely updates and service reports to any local Move One clients for whom they are providing services;Immediately notifying their Destination Coordinator of any issues or challenges that may arise during a relocation service, documenting the issues/challenges in via RELO, and placing the service on alert;Completing any client forms related to the service;Completing any records or forms required to track their per diem work, including but not limited to, vehicle mileage, time sheets, expense reports;Notifying their Destination Coordinator and their direct Global Mobility Manager of any planned holidays that may impact availability for work.Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.Other duties as reasonably assigned.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSExpert knowledge of destination and the surrounding areasGood foundation knowledge about expat living areas and the rental property marketExcellent English and preferable one other languageService industry work experience is advantageousStrong PC skillsSophisticated manner (ability to relate to people, clients and staff, at all levels)Passionate about Customer ServiceAbility to communicate clearly and with confidence both verbally and in writingStrong problem solving skillsTime management skillsAccuracy and attention to detailInquisitiveness and eagerness to continuously develop self-knowledge on destination citySkillsWORK REQUIREMENTSPer Diem consultants are expected to use their own cars, to have valid driving license, car registration and insurance (copies to be presented to Move One Relocations before first job).Car has to be clean and well maintained during engagement with Move One Relocations.Per Diem consultants will not work with another Relocation company during their engagement with Move One Relocations.Job Location Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Role Logistics and Transportation
