They combine business acumen with a passion for hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence.Responsibilities and Duties:• Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets.• Revenue Management: Implement strategies to boost revenue while ensuring optimal guest satisfaction.• Team Development: Lead, train, and inspire F&B teams across various outlets.• Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest concerns, ensuring consistently the procurement of high-quality ingredients and beverages at competitive prices.Qualifications:• A Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field.• Over 12 years of experience in F&B operations with a significant portion in leadership roles.• Proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.• Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.• In-depth knowledge of the F&B industry trends and market dynamics.
