Manufacturing Engineer Friends Enterprises, Saudi Arabia Bachelor degree in manufacturing, industrial, or Mechanical engineering Review production schedules. Flow specifications, material orders. And related information to maximize efficiency of Manufacturing methods, procedures, staff requirements, and all logistical activities. Source of data collection, duties include observing, receiving, recording, analyzing, and obtaining information from all Relevant sources, with the intent of improving, correcting, and sustaining, program objectives and goals. Estimate production cost and effect, for management review action, and control. Formulate procedures and develop Forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, analyzing, and reporting quality and reliability data. Support logistics efforts by assisting in schedule of deliveries based on production forecasts, material substitutions, Shortages, and facilities storage areas of material. Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and Workspace for maximum efficiency. Provides guidance to management on technical, Systems facilities, or process-related topics. Knowledgeable of occupational hazards and safety precautions. And be able and willing to coach others in complying With program policies and procedures related to such. Follows all safety policies and procedures. Ensure process specs, drawings and other technical documentation is current and updated. Reports any and all potential safety hazards, incidents, accidents, and other program concerns to management. Study task operations and task sequence, material flow, organization charts, and project information to determine most Efficient worker functions and responsibilities. Job Specification Bachelor degree in manufacturing, industrial, or Mechanical engineering, or business management Accept able compressive /communication (read & Write) English language Requires a minimum 5 years air craft engineering / Mechanical experience. Or equivalent background Ability to work any shift assigned, and work extra hour (over time) with little notice Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology this includes applying principals' technique and program procedures Knowledge of design technique tools and principal involved in production of precision technical plan blue prints drawing and process in specs Knowledge of raw martial production process quality control costs and other techniques of maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods Knowledge of arithmetic algebraic calculus statistics learning curve methodology lean principal and their application. Applies statistical method to estimate future potential manufacturing requirements and benefit Ability and willingness to increase individual knowledge and skills through program provided training Must have a continuous improvement mind set a strong work ethic support program initiatives and believe in must be able to obtain and maintain a Saudi security clearance Information Technology and Services - Islamabad, Pakistan
