CRM DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
تفاصيل الوظيفة
1. Develop and deliver systems on MicrosoftCRM Server and other platforms and technologies in the banksuccessfully.2. Understand the development,deployment integration /environment and constraints andsynergies.3. Identify and consider specificrequirements of end-users, operational staff and support staffbefore development/ deployment / integration4.Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commerciallysensitive information.5. Provide timely andaccurate information to reporting manager6. Takerequired action to resolve issues that arise during the testingphase7. Prepare test cases, test scenarios andtest plan for the ongoing projects.8. Conductfunctional tests and report test results for as many rounds asrequired.9. Provide user support duringUAT.10. Troubleshoot issues encountered duringSIT or UAT.11. Support UAT and production golive.12. Write BRDs, user documentation, CRs,technical and/or functional documents, as and whenrequired.
