What is in it for you:• Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accorworldwide • Learning programs through our Academies andthe opportunity to earn qualifications while you work •Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your propertyand across the world • Ability to make a difference in thelocal community through our Corporate Social Responsibilityactivities, like Planet 21 What you will be doing: •Assist Director of Sales in administrative work. •Maintenance and management of data base • Maintain stockof printed materials, supply of corporate gifts and promotionalitems • Assist sales team to organise for business tripincluding visa, hotel and flight booking, etc. • Assist inthe development and implementation of the Hotel sales / marketingplan to ensure all revenue goals will be met and exceeded.• Handle incoming inquiries of guests on rates, productsand coordinate these with sales team. • Coordinate allfamiliarization and site inspections as required •Maintain filing systems - manual and electronic• Perform telemarketing to designated clients and receiveclients coming to the hotel for business inquiries. •Takeover / sell rooms and meeting facilities in the absence ofsales team. • Provide added value to the team by providingstrong support both to sales and marketing department. •Perform all tasks as directed by the Manager in pursuit of theachievement of business goals. • Maintains professionalbusiness confidentiality. • Work in line with businessrequirements Qualifications Your experience and skills include:• To always display a pleasant manner and positiveattitude and to promote a good company image to guests andcolleagues. • To always demonstrate pride in the workplaceand personal appearance when representing the hotel thusidentifying a high level of commitment • Maintains thehighest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towardsall hotel guests, clients, staff, and employees. •Maintains professional business confidentiality. • Goodknowledge of S&C, Microsoft Office and Microsoft outlook.Uses technology available for reports, communication and clientcorrespondences. • Flexible to adapt to sudden increase inworking hours as per business needs
