TheServices Solutions Principal works within our Dell TechnologiesServices (DTS) Presales team. They are responsible for leading theData, Data Science, AI/GenAI & ML services solutiondefinition in close alignment with the Services Sales, ServicesSolutioning, Services Delivery Teams, Solution Partners and incollaboration with product account teams to position the Dellsolution that best meets customer requirements and expectedoutcomes. Our Services support the entire solution lifecycle andits Strategize, Implement, Adopt and Scale phases and span acrossour Consulting, Deployment, Residency and Managed services. What you'll achieve:This is a senior, presales, customer facing role. The ServicesSolutions Principal will lead the development of clientpresentations up to C-level management, workshops, ServicesSolution design, Services responses to Requests for Proposal(RFPs), Statements of Work (SOW) creation and review, effortestimation and transition of work to the delivery organizationthrough appropriate practice management. You Will: •Engage in highly complex accounts and will lead customerpresentations and workshops at the senior leadership level byarticulating the transformation journey in both business value andtechnology terms with a focus on Data, Data Science, AI/GenAI& ML services. • Be part of an EMEA team ofSolutions Principals and work on opportunities across EMEA. Youwill also support the country-based Services Solutions Principalswith your subject matter expertise. • Be recognized foryour Services solution presales subject-matter expertise in thearea of Data, Data Science, AI/GenAI & ML. •Contribute to business results through quality of solution, adviceand decisions. You will be an evangelist for Data, Data Science,AI/GenAI & ML services solutions within Dell Technologiesand in the market. You represent Dell Technologies Services in theDell Technologies organization through internal presentations,programs, community/practice leadership, training and enablement.Work with services portfolio teams on new offers and with businessdevelopment on sales campaigns. Here's what we are looking for withthis role: Essential Requirements • 10+ years servicespresales experience of acting as a solution lead, solutionarchitect or similar and proven skills and experience inconstructing services solutions (requirements gathering, scopeservices, assemble effort estimates, plan programs and workpackages, write SoW, answer RFI/RFP) for customers, typically inthe large Enterprise and/or Government Sectors. Thoroughunderstanding of a services P&L and cash flow development(including business impact), risk analysis and commercial modelssuch as Fixed Price, T&M and incorporation of 3rd partycontracts in Waterfall and Agile project approaches. •Proven experience in client facing roles and effectivelyinfluencing at all levels (up to CxO) with ability to construct,tailor, and negotiate service contracts (e.g. Statements of Work)for both customer engagement and partner provisioning •Excellent knowledge of the Data, Data Science, AI/GenAI &ML services, technologies, use cases, concepts and technologies andrespective Transformation Programs, e.g. Data Strategy, DataGovernance, Data Management, Data Preparation, Data Architecture,Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Neural Networks,Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, AI inferencing,AI training methodologies, key application architecture andintegration concepts, container- and virtualization architecturesand platforms, AIOPs, MLOPs. • Exceptional consultativepresales skills, including methods, tools and techniques to applywithin digital transformation context; excellent communicationskills at least in English (verbal/written); ability to runcustomer workshops and executive briefings; ability to work acrossEMEA in an international environment(physical/virtual)
