Job Summary:we are searching for a driven and passionate Business Analyst to help implement technology solutions that form the WallPost ERP platform. By determining the requirements and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners, the successful candidate will contribute to multiple scrum teams to ensure that software is developed in accordance with quality expectations. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced, start-up environment, with huge potential for growthSpecific Responsibilities:The incumbent will carry out the following functional areas:Lead and focus on product delivery for clients across the globeCollaborate with global business stakeholders/partners to understand their finance related requirements and translate them into functional specification including country compliance for the ERP systemParticipate in system implementation projects, working closely with technical teams, manager and end users to ensure successful delivery of the productConduct comprehensive testing of the EPR testing including unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and accuracy of the finance modulesCollaborate with cross functional teams to integrate the finance modules with other ERP modules and external system, ensuring data integrity and consistencyProvide partner training and support, addressing inquiries , resolving issues and optimizing system utilization for finance processesDocument functional specification, configurations, and processes related to the finance modules, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business user needs to create technical solutions that support overall business strategiesIdentify the gaps and automate all financial entries by integrating Account, Inventory, procurement, asset management module with operational modules.Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.Work with business stakeholders to document information system requirements, including process workflows, storyboarding and diagrams, define scope and objectivesIdentify specific business opportunities and develop new capabilities for ERP systemEvaluate current ERP systems and practices, drive continuous improvement of business processesSupports the current and future development and enhancement of ERP systems to meet the product requirements in terms of automation of processes.Support business transformation activities involving any combination of processes, people or systems (e.g. organizational integration; business change impact; process re-engineering; system evaluation / comparison).Understand and use automation to increase business value through improved efficiency of processes and applying modern digital techniquesCarries out market analysis of ERP solutions and stays up-to-date with the latest trends in ERP software and vendors in the region and beyond. Acts as the ERP business and system expert for the organization to provide the necessary guidance to teams on ways to optimize utilization of ERP systems.Position Requirements:Professional Qualifications:5+ years' related experience in ERP system in any industry with implementation and support of ERP applications; developing specification for business requirement and providing user supportProven experience as an ERP Finance functional consultant or business analyst working with finance modules of ERP systemSolid experience in Accounts, Inventory, Procurement, Fixed Assets is FUNDAMENTALSolid understanding of integration between finance modules and other ERP modules and ability to troubleshoot integration issuesJob Type: Full-time
