Responsible for searching of newTenders, screening of Tender Documents and analyzing theeligibility to participate for thetender.Understanding of Tender Document andpreparation of Synopsis and sharing with theManagement.Responsible for drafting ofProposals for various Facility Management projects in coordinationwith other departments.Preparation of pre-bidqueries and regular follow up with the concerndepartments.Attending Pre-bidmeetings.Seeking clarification of queries postsubmission and follow up with the tender floatingauthorities.Preparation of Bid documents andgetting it validated by the Management.Workingon cost estimation (as and whenrequired).Submission of online Tender documentand physical submission (if required).Recordthe bid submitted status and update the Management about thesame.
