Who arewe?FullStack Education is afast growing e-learning company that runs its ed-tech brand by thename INSAID (International School of AI & Data Science| ).INSAID is an academic institution dedicated to education andresearch in next-generation technologies like artificialintelligence, machine learning & data science. Through itsindustry-focused programs, INSAID aims to arm working professionalsnot only with skill-sets like machine learning, data science butprovide them a transformative learning experience to help them moveup in theircareers.Whatyou will do?In this role, youwill be working with the academic operations team of the company.Your day-to-day responsibilities willinclude:Planning batch calendars,faculty calendars and releasing these calendars to students andother stakeholders.Achieve monthly revenuetarget from upselling and referrals from currentstudents.Collect course feedback from studentsand pass on this feedback to the relevant faculty and head ofdepartment.Make faculty contracts, prepareinvoices of billingTake end-to-endresponsibility of student experience and ensure that their queriesare resolved immediatelyWork with themarketing and sales team to ensure that the student is able toundergo the programsmoothlyWhatall you need?Strongcommunication skills and strong mastery over written and verbalEnglishPassion for education is amust.Should have demonstrated the ability tomulti-task and should be able to work with greatspeedShould have demonstrated experience ofhandling complex problemsMinimum 1+ yearsexperience in similar roles in education and relatedindustriesWhatelse do youget?Opportunity towork with a super talented team of professionals from high pedigreebackgrounds like ISB, BITS Pilani, NITsetc.Fast careergrowthOpportunity to be a part of a super fastgrowingcompany.Interestedcandidates, please share your resume here -Skills : 0-3 years of experience preferably in ops/salesand internal coordination.
