RESPONSIBILITIES: i. He/she shall oversee allmarketing and sales activity, Nationwide. To this effect allmarketing & salesstaff shall report to him. ii.He/she shall have direct supervision and control over allGovernment parastatal, NGO,Stateand Federal Government tenderbusinesses. iii. He/she shalldevelop all government parastatal business, NGO &tender business. iv. He/she shallhave oversight on all Tertiary and Secondary InstitutionsNationwide. v. He/she shallensure growth in redistribution value of all company'sbrands Nationwide. vi. He/sheshall achieve an agreed Nationwide Budget on RevenueGeneration. vii. He/she shalldirectly in charge of clinical meetings, Nationwide viii. He/she shall visit allRegions, a minimum of once in a quarter to work in the fieldwithall reps. ix. He/she shall establishrelationships with all the key decision makers/ opinionleaders,Nationwide. x. He/she shall directlysupervise Distributor/Dealer businesses Nationwide.Consequentlyhe shall haveresponsibility to attract KeyDistributors. xi. He/she shallvet all expenses and recommended same for MD's approvalfor allmarketing staff (MedicalRepresentatives and BDMs) e.g clinical meetingexpenditure xii. He/she shalloversee the distribution of promo materials through the companychannelof distribution. xiii. He/she shall submit to theMD, weekly and Monthly Report on all the above andmoreimportantly: Sales Collectionand Redistribution per product/territory, activities of Repssuchreport must be received bythe MD not later than 3 days in the new month. xiv. Any other business that maybe assigned by theMD/GMRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:B.Pharm or B.Sc. Hons in Chemistry/Biology or Pharmacy relateddegrees.3- 4 years in a similar position in a reputable pharmaceuticalmanufacturingcompanyBenefitsN150,000- N200,000Requirements: 5 7 years relevant work experience as amanager/leading/managing a team within the Retail and FMCGindustry. B.Sc. / HND in Sales Management, Business Management or arelated field, Postgraduate/ professional qualification in Sales,HR, Marketing, Business Administration/Management will be an addedadvantage.
