Responsiblity:Interactingwith department heads to identify job openings and prepare jobdescriptions and requirements.Posting jobopenings on media and social mediaoutlets.Finding and filtering appropriate jobapplicants and performing referencechecks.Scheduling and conductinginterviews.Occasionally arranging travel forcandidates to interviews.Extending job offersand arranging the relevant documents.Compilingreports on recruitment for the HRdepartment.Participating in recruitmentevents, such as career fairs, preparing information packets, andgathering information from suitablecandidates.
