ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with CEO toachieve revenue goals (monthly quarterly biannualannual).2. Ensure client satisfaction in all aspects andconsistent growth in revenue/profit margin as targeted by theManagement.3. Responsible to strengthen clientrelationships and ensure the successful continuance of businessfrom the Clients.4. Research and identifies New BusinessOpportunities.5. Sell products (software solutions andservices) by establishing contact and developing clientrelationships.6. Negotiates with the Consultant/Clientand finalize the terms and conditions during the contract renewal/amendment.7. Prepares monthly Performance Reports andClients visit reports.8. Meetings of the projectionsanticipated from three months and above.9. Identifiesproduct improvement or new products by studying the latest markettrends and closely monitoring the competitors.10.Facilitate client requirement meetings both in person and/orremotely using current online applications.11. Respond tothe client queries regarding the products in a timelymanner.12. Able to address clients question technically.Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideasand methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.13.Assist in companys branding and media communication activities suchas advertisements marketing collaterals and website.14.Maintain a knowledge repository of clientsreferrals RFPs (Request for Proposals) prospects andpresentations.15. Determine crossselling opportunitiesamong different offices.16. Supervise the clientrelationship management database and utilize it to manage customercontacts and mailing lists.17. Reach sales target givenby the Top management (monthly quarterly biannualannual).PREFERRED SKILLS:1. ExpertEnglish communication skills in both verbal and written Arabic willbe an advantage2. Creative and strategic mindset3. Negotiation and closing deals4.Professionalism with colleagues and client relationship (B2B andB2C)5. Flexible to changing conditions and possessinghigh level of integrity6. Expert knowledge of variousbusiness principles such as marketing strategy financial analysisand supply chain oversight7. Risk Management &Financial Analysis planning andimplementationQUALIFICATION & EDUCATIONREQUIREMENTS1. Degree in Financial Marketing ManagementBusiness Information Systems or similar.2. Completion ofa pertinent Sales qualification is preferred.3. Extensiveexperience preferably in Business Development.4.Demonstrable track record of devising salesenhancingstrategies.5. Unmatched supervision research andtroubleshooting skills.6. Exceptional consulting andquality assurance abilities.7. Ability to tackle thedemands of everevolving technological implements withease.TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:8. ECommercePlatforms and Solutions9. Payment Gateway Solutions andSystem (Upgrade and Migration)10. Channel integrationsand certifications (ATM CDM Internet Banking Mobile Banking IVR POS& mPOS)11. Protocols Compliances and Standards (e.g.PCIDSS ISO8583 NDC 91x VBV XFS etc.)12. Types ofcards/payment MasterCard Visa American Express (AMEX)13.General Banking fundamentals and Procedures
