Intuitive FourSeasons service sets the new standard for luxury beachfront livingin Doha.About the roleThe SalesManager will demonstrate the following keycharacteristics: Strong leadership interpersonal andnegotiation skills Creativity in connecting withdecisionmakers Goaldriven and assertive in pursuing leadopportunities Have a solid work ethic cando attitude anda passion for service.What you willdo: Generates hotels/resorts awareness through directphone sales; direct sales calls tradeshows and networking groups.Works closely with sales and marketing teams to solicit sell andconfirm business required to meet budgeted sales goals for theirproperty. Candidate should possess the ability to solicitleisure and group travel. This position requires a high degree ofindependent judgment and discretion on decision making and managingconfidential information of the property. Has the abilityto be a Public Ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels. Luxuryhotel Sales background and proven sales track recordrequired. Identify and target leisure agencies that willgenerate business on behalf of hotels but not conflict with WSOefforts. Utilize various prospecting resources to solicitand secure business on behalf of hotels. Use companywideprograms sales developments prospecting projects WSO customerevents and reporting for leisure business development.Follow up on all business inquiries and leads and qualify businessto generate leisure room nights. Create and executeaccount plans for assigned market territory to ensure maximumleisure revenue and budgeted leisure targets are achieved for theproperty. Achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenueand direct sales goals including outside sales calls prospectingcalls site inspections and entertainment as outlined.Assist the Director of Sales in the development of new programs andsales campaigns in an effort to obtain additional sales from thevarious market niches. Assist the Director of Sales withthe implementation followthrough and updating of the quarterlyaction plans. Explores new ways to increaserevenue. Fluency in English and Arabic is anadvantage. Preopening experience is a plus.Passion for being innovative and able to quickly adapt to changingenvironments/demands. Adhere to Four Seasons Hotelsstandards as well as policies and procedures. Complieswith Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules andStandards of Conduct as set forth in Employee Handbook.Works harmoniously and professionally with allcoworkers.What you bring: Preferablyhas luxury hotel & resort experience. Sales& Marketing background. 46 years of experience inrelated field.
