Develops and/or approvesProcurement and Construction Surveillance Programs per the ProjectQuality Plan (PQP) and supports Engineering SurveillanceProgram.Monitors the effective oversight ofContractors Engineering, Procurement and Construction qualityeffortsEstablishes Company surveillanceassessment schedules and ensures assessments are conducted timelyin manner.Coordinates and participates inEngineering, Procurement and Construction phase Quality Audits andverification of follow-up activities.Providesleadership and support to the Quality and Information ManagementTeamProvides input to the OrganizationPlanning to ensure coverage of all workareasEstablishes, conducts and recordsproject-specific quality orientation &trainingReviews & approvesContractor's Project Quality Plans &proceduresReviews & approvesContractor's internal & external quality auditschedulesReviews & approvesContractor's Quality personnel assigned to theprojectEnsures appropriate personnel review& approve deliverables of EPC Contractor & anysub-contractors (e.g., Plans, ITPs,etc)Monitors and measuresContractor's qualityperformance.Stewards resolution of qualityissues and or elevates to PQM asrequiredInterfaces with Procurement QualitySpecialists to verify Vendor quality for Equipment andMaterialsApplies extensive hands-on,industry-based experience & knowledge to promote &establish existing systems, processes & procedures within astructured quality frameworkManages theimplementation of Quality and IM solutions in a timely &cost-effective manner that compliments safety, cost &schedulePromotes and monitors key processessuch as Deficiency Reporting, Specification Deviation,Non-conformance reporting and Corrective Action reporting etc. andensures Contractors contractualcompliance
