HR Sapphire is looking for a Sales Manager.The RoleYour responsibility will include:Corporate, Government sectors and Travel Agent Groups Room Sales of the Hotel.Achieve the quarterly sales budgets set by the company.Sending twice a month Sales report and update Email to the General manager.Clear understanding of the hotel business strategies then set goals and establish a determine action plans to meet those goals.Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.Represent the Hotel in various events and exhibition.Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.Able to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships.Always provide the highest quality of service to the customer.Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business a close on business.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.You are a strong networker & relationship builderYou enjoy finding creative solutions to problemsYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersWhat's on Offer?Work in a company with a solid track record of performanceFlexible working optionsOpportunity to make a positive impact
