With a commitment to excellence and a passion for exceeding expectations, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Key Account Manager to drive our business growth and solidify our market presence.Role:We're on the lookout for a National Key Account Manager to join the team. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for our biggest clients, such as retail stores, food chains, and shopping centres. Your job is crucial because these clients bring in a significant portion of our business. You'll need to build strong relationships with them, understand their needs inside out, and make sure we're delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market penetration within key accounts.Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries and concerns.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and marketing teams, to deliver comprehensive HVAC solutions that align with client requirements.Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.Qualifications:Proven track record of success in key account management within the HVAC industry.In-depth knowledge of commercial packaged units, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.HVAC or refrigeration trade certification would be advantageous.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.On Offer:$140k + Super + Car or Car Allowance + BonusesEmbark on a rewarding career journey with a forward-thinking company that values innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
