Job Description:

Reliance Steel & Aluminum is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.2. Train, motivate, and supervise a team of customer service representatives.3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.4. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve processes.7. Develop and implement training programs for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to your team members to support their professional growth.

Requirements:1. Resilient and energetic personality traits.2. Strong presentation and creativity skills.3. At least 6 years of experience in customer service management.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.8. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
