Provide expert advice on PPP andrelated issues for the infrastructure projects within DrainageDepartmentEnsure that PPP projects areprepared for competitive market bidding in such a way that allfinancial and risk components are adequately identified, quantifiedand allocated in a manner consistent with prescribedmethodologies.Provide assistance to theManager of the Drainage Networks Projects Department (DNPD) at allstages of a project lifecycle In the preparation of initial projectinvestment proposals for projects that could be suitable for PPP,the appointment of transaction advisors to assist in the projectpreparation feasibility study, ensuring the study is of adequatequality for review ensuring the financing structure is sound andthe involvement of State Financial Institutions is appropriateensuring bidding documents are suitable for market issuanceassisting the DNPD with bidding processes and bidder assisting theDNPD with negotiation and award of the PPP contract and assistingthe DNPD with contractmanagement
