JobSummaryCoordinate and plan all marineaviation and chemical logistics to ensure uninterruptedoperations.Key JobAccountabilitiesSupport offshoreplatforms with the delivery of materials equipment spare partsprocess and pipeline chemicals Heli fuel and personnel transfers tomeet operational objectives.Coordinate marinevessel loading and unloading operations prepares shipping &aviation documents including manifests dangerous goods declarationsand cost reports adhering to Companyprocedures.Coordinate with Supply departmentin preparing the scope of work for marine aviation and chemicalcontract agreements in accordance with establishedprocedures.Contribute to the development ofpolicies procedures and standards governing Companys aviationmarine operations movement of equipment materials pipeline andprocess chemicals between offshore and onshore facilities ensuringoperational alignment at all times.Control andcoordinates the requirements of Doha Heliport and Ras Laffan PortLiaison concerning helicopters vessel arrivals departuresclearances pilot exemptions movements of company and third partypersonnel promoting operationalefficiency.Prepare load lists supervisesloading of supply vessel compiles manifest shipping documentationand verifies individual/collective cargo weights. Maintains cargomovement statistics for audit and departmentalreporting.Coordinate vessel and helicoptercontracts to ensure contractor compliance and remedy noncomplianceissues. Ensures that vessel passengers are fully briefed andfamiliar with the safety and emergency procedures prior to boardingsupporting operational safetyobjective.Conduct toolbox talks with crewprior to each loading and offloading operation and ensuring allload checks are in compliance with certified offshorelifts.Coordinate daily scheduling and planningof Companys marine air operations coordinates all safety standbyvessel operations crewing maintenance days and consumptions areupheld for Operations with regular review of weatherforecast.Compile daytoday data on fuel waterconsumables and crewing required for audits. Coordinateshelicopters operations providing the required number of dailyflights between Doha and operation locations and various interfieldlocations for operationaltracking.RequiredQualificationHigher National Diploma(HND) in Operations Maintenance orsimilar.International maritime organizationIMO certificate for transportation and handling ofdangerous/hazardous goods by seapreferred.International air transportassociation IATA certificate for transportation & handlingof dangerous /hazardous goods by airpreferred.RequiredExperience8 years experience inOffshore Logistics (Marine or Helicopter orChemical).Varied experience in handlingmaterials hazardous chemicals equipment and logistic activities insupporting offshore Oil & Gasoperations.Good adaptability to multinationalenvironment with wide exposure to various cultures andcustoms.Computerliteracy.Proficient in written and spokenEnglish.This job hasbeen sourced from an external job board.More jobson
