Almosafer creates opportunities for outbound, leisure, and religious travel, whilst serving B2C and B2B customers, partners, and suppliers with state-of-the-art travel solutions, a digital-first mindset, and travel advisory.About the job:Handle travel-related requests including flights, hotels, private jets, cruises, car rentals (chauffeur and self-drive),meet and greet services, and airport transfers.Responsibilities:Provide the full suite of customer service offerings (including booking, inquiries, and requests) to our premium customers.Assist our premium customers' needs from air, lodging, and car rental.Proactively offer options to customers and follow through to ensure customers are fully satisfied with the service and product.Respond to and follow up on travel and lifestyle inquiries through multiple communication channels.Evaluate customers' complaints and ensure that they are dealt with expeditiously and satisfactorily, reporting service failures to the source and making recommendations to prevent recurrenceProfile requirements:Bachelor's degree in tourism or a related field2+ years' experience in Travel or concierge service industryExperience with Amadeus or any other GDS (ticketing system)Enthusiasm and a positive.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Arabic.Strong sales and negotiation skills to efficiently handle high-valued enquiries.A good knowledge of travel and world geographyAttention to details.Flexibility and ability to work on shifts.Being you @ Almosafer:At Almosafer we strongly believe in diversity and equal opportunities for all candidates.
