Job Description Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information Entering purchase order information into the company database Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, design and financing to optimize sales. Handling orders by email, checking the orders in ARAMCO Portal having correct prices, and product code and maintain the database in soft copies & hard copies. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. Uploading signed delivery documents (MDD) in ARAMCO portal for goods receiving authentication. Handling urgent calls & emails, answering customer queries, and coordinating with sales & operations department. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required. Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields. Male applicants are preferred for this role. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience Knowledge in SAP/relevant ERP system will be added advantage Minimum 2 years in a medium to large sized distribution center environment managing a significant segment of the distribution center.
