Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving sales of our lighting control systems, building management systems, DCS, SCADA, and wiring devices, while providing technical expertise and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Expertise: • Develop a deep understanding of our lighting control systems, building management systems, DCS, SCADA, and wiring devices, including their features, applications, and technical specifications. • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market. 2.Sales and Business Development: • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within various industries, including commercial, residential, industrial, and government sectors. • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, contractors, and distributors to promote our products and secure new business. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. 3. Technical Support: • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients, including product demonstrations, system design assistance, and troubleshooting. • Assist clients with product selection, configuration, and integration into their projects, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. 4. Customer Relationship Management: • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized solutions. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on product selection, installation, and maintenance. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or related field. • Minimum of [1-2 years] of experience in technical sales roles within the lighting control systems, building management systems, DCS, SCADA, and/or wiring devices industry. • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of lighting control systems, building management systems, DCS, SCADA, and wiring devices. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships with clients and partners. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
