1.1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Secures work permits, entry Online visas and visit visas for hotel guests.
- Takes full responsibility to for the safe delivery of original documents between various parties and reports status on a daily basis to Assistant HR Manager .
- Obtains various forms from the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Social Affairs, Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Commerce and other government offices as and when required
- Follows the procedure in signing and stamping those forms and other documents liaising with the Owner’s Office as well as the Executive Office of the Hotel.
- Ensures that all forms for newly hired employees are correctly filled to avoid delays in processing with the Ministries.
- Prepares financial reports on a weekly basis on expenses paid and submits to the HR Coordinator.
- Co-ordinates with other HR colleagues and Department Heads all matters relating to residencies, official documents, visas, medicals etc.
- Liaises with the Accommodation in charge regarding employee administration.
- Upon separation/ resignation of employees: follows procedures for visa cancellation/ transfer as per instruction from HRD.
- Secondary School Certificate or higher
