Job Title: Project Admin Location: Abu Dhabi Experience: 3-5 Years Education: Bachelor's Degree Roles & Responsibilities Include
- Works closely with Project Managers to manage PMO admin activities
- Ensure project documentations are up to date
- Assisting in project coordination and monitoring project milestones. Follow up on actions, risks and issues and generate regular actionable report
- Coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Scheduling and managing appointments for project lead team
- Organizing meetings, workshops, trainings, and project related business testing workshops.
- Executes Onboarding and Offboarding processes of program workforce
- Manages site and system access requests
- Assists with Purchase requisition requests related to the projects
- Advanced reporting skills (working with data to produce reports)
- Advanced MS Office skills and experience- Excel (managing multi tab formula driven spreadsheets); PowerPoint and Word
- Advanced SharePoint skills and experience
- Experienced in use of MS Project
- Note taking and transcription skills
